Do I need an account to order?

No, you can also place orders as a guest. But there are some advantages to opening an account with us:

Product sold out? What if the item I'm interested in isn't available in my size?

New items may sell out quickly, but we may have more in stock soon!
Send us the sku you are looking for directly through the mall's online tools or contact our customer service department via email ([email protected]) and we will do our best to notify you if the item is back in stock. Please provide us with the most convenient e-mail address so that we can contact you when the item is back in stock.

How do I add product colors, sizes and quantities to my cart?

We recommend that you click on the size/color/quantity option on the product detail page and then click on the “Add to Cart” button or click on the “Delete” option in the shopping cart to remove unwanted items.


What if the size on the label is different from the size I ordered?

Each product on the website has a corresponding international size chart, which is in line with international standards you can refer to buy. If you find that the size you receive is different from the size shown on the website, please don't panic and worry. The sizes we send you are all measured by hand. You try them on first to see how they look. If they don't fit you, you can absolutely return them. (Please check our return policy)


Why is the color of the dress I received a little different than what I saw online?

Due to the camera angle and the strength of the light, the screen resolution of the different, there may be some color difference between the actual product and the product picture, I hope you can understand, if it does not affect your mood to enjoy your favorite clothing, I hope you can keep the clothing, we will give you a discount code as a compensation for the next purchase, but we will do our best to avoid this kind of situation.

Currently we only have online mall, we have a strict quality control system, from fabric purchasing, cutting, sewing to finished product inspection, each process is supervised by professional staff, please feel free to buy.


II. Fabric & Order Payment

What are your clothes made of?

We mainly use quality materials for our garments: cotton, linen, wool, silk, polyester and blends, depending on the product version. Each item's fabric is described with its corresponding product details for your reference.


How should I care for my clothes to maintain their quality?

To keep your clothes soft and comfortable, follow the care instructions on the garment care label. For delicate fabrics such as silk or wool, we recommend gentle washing in warm water or dry cleaning.


Why was my order canceled?

Due to unforeseen events, the item you ordered is suddenly out of stock and no longer available. We assure you that this is a rare occurrence. However, if an item in your order does go out of stock, we will contact you within 24 to 48 hours to inform you of your cancellation. If your order contained other items, we will still ship those items to you and the out-of-stock item will be removed from your order for refund purposes.


I need to change something in my order, what should I do?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our after-sales customer service department immediately. We will process and ship your order quickly (we're fast!) . We will not be able to make any changes after the package has been processed and delivered to the post office.


Why can't I find my order?

If you don't know your online order number, don't worry. 
There are two ways you can retrieve your order details. First, you can view them by logging into our website and accessing your account. Second, you can also check your email inbox as well as your spam folder to see if there are any order confirmation emails.

Am I charged twice?

How do I set up my shipping address?

Because our website and services are English-based, all information you enter, including punctuation, requires English input. If some of the letters in your address contain non-English letters, we recommend that you replace them with similar English letters. For example, you can change the letter “?” to “c”.


Do you offer free shipping?

We currently offer free shipping on orders over $99 after discounts.


IV. Return and Exchange Service

If I am not satisfied with my purchase, can I return or exchange it?

We accept returns under the following conditions:
  • The item must have been sold in our online store
  • The item may not be used in any way
  • The return or exchange request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • To request a return, please contact our customer service.

When seeking an exchange, please inform us of your intent to exchange and we will assist you in arranging the return. Please adhere to the following guidelines:
  • All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unused, and with its original packaging. We will not accept any merchandise that shows signs of wear, damage, being washed or altered in any way.
  • Returns will not be accepted without a proper return request in advance. Please ensure that you follow the correct protocol and obtain approval before returning the item.
  • For returned packages, we do not offer a pay-on-delivery shipping service. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
  • Please double check all details before sending back your item. We are not responsible for returning items that are not part of our JONSTYLE brand.
  • If you provide incorrect recipient information, your package may be lost or returned to us, for which we are not responsible. Please make sure the recipient information is accurate to avoid unnecessary hassle.
  • NOTE: Original shipping charges and shipping guarantees are non-refundable.

V. After-sales problems

What should I do if there are quality problems after wearing the clothes for a while?

If you find that the clothes have loose threads, faded colors, torn fabrics and other non-human quality problems after wearing them for a period of time, please contact our after-sales service department with proof of purchase (order screenshots, invoices, etc.), and we will provide you with corresponding solutions, such as repair, replacement or other reasonable measures according to the specific circumstances.

Discount Redemption
